I'm basically the IT person at my work (not by choice). We had a guy who would come in and fix us up when things went wrong years ago. He actually now works for the company (not as an IT person).

But whenever he would come in to fix our computer problems I would watch closely. Ya know, to learn how to fix the problem just in case it happened again. I learned enough to be able to start fixing the problems without having to call, and pay, someone else. Not my money of course, the company's, but I was just looking out for the company so I would always give it a shot before calling someone who would have to be paid to do it.

Anyway, rambling, he told me years ago that a lot of big name internet security programs people use actually slow their PC's substantially. At the time he told me this, our company was using Norton. He told me about a few free internet security programs that he personally thought worked better and also didn't slow down the PC's (and I now personally agree).

He uninstalled Norton from the computers and downloaded the following. Haven't had any security-related issues on the company computers with these and the computers move fast. I also use these on my personal laptop and installed them on my mom's computer and sisters' laptops in the past to actually remove viruses they had which left their computers useless until I did this.

Having all three is key. You'll notice (if you download these) that when you run scans on your computer on all three programs, each program finds some threats that another didn't. That's why having all three is important. They won't slow your PC down and will protect your computer better than a paid program that slows your PC down.

:). I use MW-bytes and (ofcourse) Spybot. My pc is bug free, my old job was IT too (kinda still is, but different). AVG is/was slow (well, maybe some years ago), so I changed to ESET (which is fine), but for the fun of it, i'll compare them again. Maybe it's better/faster now than ESET.

Never expected it, but yes, way faster!! AVG lmao. Few years ago it sucked (big time), but now.. Awesome!!

If you need upgraded version (cracked), let me know. You'll only need a serial key ;).
