used to enjoy the travel, but I am a bit to old for that shit now

I enjoy traveling too.. I guess it's a how and why thing now.. I don't like to work on the road anymore.. I, like yourself, feel too old for that shit.. it's hard work..
But traveling for adventure and fun will never get old for me..

I'm same way. I domestic travel about 4-5 times per year for work, and international travel about the same. I love traveling in general, but when it's for work it takes most of the fun out of it.

4-5 times a yr is not bad.. you job sounds very interesting.. I'm calling it quits on this out of town thing.. Actually i've done that a few times but always get talked back into it..
I got a new gig a few months ago working part-time at a boxing-fitness club.. So many sweeties working there.. They gave me a free membership as part of my contract.. I go to most of the classes.. even the yoga ones.. those yoga pants kill me lol.. But most of the gals are way to young for me.. i'm starting to see them as daughters that i never had.. I really enjoy that gig.. it brings out the best in me..
