I think the problem are nightshifts. Sometimes I wake up at 4am, then I go to bed at 7am when I come home. Then when I'm free, I stay up late and get up at 8, although there's no reason since I got a free day except nothing would be done untill evening when I got to go work again. It's biorhytm its wearing me down.
