Defying the aging processing is actually about a combination of alot of things all coming into play.

Sure heredity is a strong factor .. but so are detoxing, enhancing circulation/exercise, mitigating/reversing oxidation of the cells, minimizing stress, adequate sleep, a positive attitude, getting sufficient vitamin/minerals, minimizing saturated fats accumulating in the blood vessels, etc, etc, etc...

Glad you liked that, GE. I was lucky to find it only an hour in, and I think you should be able to watch the whole thing when it's done, unless they yank it for copyright stuff.
