How are you tonight?
Quoting: Grey Eagle I'm alive.  Hope you're all having a good night! I am rehydrating and recovering right now with seedless red grapes. Did a painful 12.5 mile (nonstop) run tonight that I haven't done in 2 decades. I will DEFINITELY feel it manana.. Other than that I feel great. After having a constant headache all day Saturday and no energy on Sunday (was diet-related). I just hope that I can sleep tonight (sore leg muscles).
