nice took the most of mid day off nice lunch and visited a local winery with old friends. The tasting room had a comfy fireplace.

R.O.C.K. in the USA...

What variety of wine does that winery specialize in?

quite a few some grapes, (mead/apple)apples and honey local sourced/made,
others sourced from the proper area of growth and made locally.
I prefer whites and enjoyed a local grape and locally made.

I'm alive.

I'm a moscato imbiber, mostly.

There are quite a few wineries near me. They have alot of concerts and balloon festivals and even a few bike races from the wineries.

Sunday mornings I will be out riding at 6 AM, and usually see 3 or 4 balloons take off from those places.

I am rehydrating and recovering right now with seedless red grapes.

Did a painful 12.5 mile (nonstop) run tonight that I haven't done in 2 decades. I will DEFINITELY feel it manana..

Other than that I feel great. After having a constant headache all day Saturday and no energy on Sunday (was diet-related).

I just hope that I can sleep tonight (sore leg muscles).
