I love that and I totally agree. Emotional energy is such a force, especially on the upside. It gets you through anything, even if some things that happen in life take time to heal. Dare to express.

I'm feeling bad because I called someone a phony baloney last night - and that's just their *thing* when they post a thread - I should have left it - people are free to be . . . I didn't need to get all *judgy*
