Happy Memorial Day weekend Jukebox!

I haven't been here in forever and miss posting the tunes with you wonderful souls!

I am trying to become a master of the most simple cocktail, the Margarita! I made a batch last weekend and they sucked, too sour! Classic Margarita is just tequila, fresh lime juice and cointreau or triple sec or gran marnier...too sour...I used triple sec.

I got some sweetened lime juice and now I say, yum! I also had cointreu in my cabinet and forgot so used that instead of triple sec and it's mighty tasty! Just a little more sweet with the sour, it's better.

But in my research apparently the best Margarita is made with agave nectar...shit...my grocery doesn't carry agave nectar. I am satisfied though.
