dry Crushed red pepper, like what you get with a pizza, except I buy the large shakers.

I make taco meat very quickly..

1lb ground beef 80-85%

finely diced onion

garlic powder

crushed red pepper

salt

Pepper

Meat needs to be finely mashed so the granules when done are fine, like it would appear at taco bell (but this is real beef) . That's really the key to getting all the seasoning infused, mash it until its like sand while cooking.. takes a strong hang. I was a meat cutter for years, old school..
