I only eat once a day when I'm ravenous. I have eaten like that for 25 years now. I fast once a week too. You enjoy yourself & get a good feed.
I don't know about in Canada but usually here where I live we would usually have a roast beef, lamb or chicken with all the trimmings for dinner on a Sunday.
