There's no one on the beach now down below me. I think they all went off to cook their hamburgers, hot dogs and steaks. Haven't seen ANY trout caught here today! Fish never bite in the freakin afternoon, guys...

90s all day and only down to 70 tonite. Way too humid, you can't even see all the hilltops. We stay cool in waterfalls..the swimming hole is deep in a gorge and the water rarely gets above mid 60s so it's like free air conditioning. And I can walk there (if I ever have time off work).

Looks beautiful and cooling. Yes, I'm a water-freak. I have always had an obsession with water ... lakes, rivers, streams, ponds, oceans...swimming pools!

I am so grateful for the low humidity here in the SW. Trouble is the wind is a big issue and it doesn't rain here very often. We have had only one monsoon day here so far this Summer. For 0.10" worth of drizzle.. We do have lots of flies, unfortunately.

At least the lake here is higher than i saw it at the end of July last year.

That water down there is looking awfully inviting once again.

What a great escape the Jukebox is - love to all!

They just had to put one down in the high peaks because he was terrorizing campers and backpackers and stealing all their food
I guess it was easy pickings for him..always bums me out when we encroach on them and then kill them for behaving normally.
