So good to see you. I hope all is going well with all the transitions in your life.

I normally avoid people in real life but in forced proximity like a subway I look for the beauty in them..the twinkle in an old woman's eye, the cheeky grin of a young man, the innocence and wonder on a baby's face...and I try to imagine what they are thinking about. If they seem sad or worried or anxious, I send good vibes their way. I usually combine that with breathing exercises because my own anxiety would be so ramped up in that situation. It does seem to work. You can project calm at least.
Hang in there friend! We humans are so adaptable. That is the thing that gives me hope.
