Aww nice image. I just fed the donkeys carrots and peppermint candy. They call us every evening to get a snack. I'll have to upload a video of them. They are lovely creatures.

So, when I was 15 or 16, every time I had friends over, my then 12yo brother (who is now a very important wall street type person) would drag out a giant piece of cardboard and start breakdancing in his uber cool zippered parachute pants and sleeveless t-shirt and I cannot watch it without remembering how annoying that was. lol

Do they really love peppermints? I've heard that but not sure what kind to get.
Ours get plenty of carrots :)

clearance mini candy canes FTW!! Most horses LOVE peppermints! We had a big fancy Kentucky guy..He once placed 3rd in the Breeder's Cup and was working as a studmuffin, he liked a good ham sandwich and a soda pop now and again. I also know one that loved to drink beer. His owner would pop a can and hand it over and he'd hold it in his lips and tip his head back and chug it.
They also like M$M's but peppermints are the all time favorite.

Yeah mrs BushMaster came up with the idea and the love it. Every evening an hour before dark they come to the gate and heehaw until fed. There Maine looks like a seamstress sewed it on. I love the connection from animals and human's.

Bushy, I don't think it's all that good for them. It was just a weird thing this one racehorse liked and was accustomed to. Some of them get donuts for breakfast too.
I also once knew a rabbit that was fed salami and by gosh, he died of a heart attack. Apparently rabbits get super high cholesterol from eating animal fats as they aren't equipped to do so.

We've got one that's 40 now and everyday it's a blessing to see her up and about.

Shit I want do it then. I do not want to hurt the creachers. I'll stick to vegetables and peppermint.

Hay on a lighter note my dogs haven't been sprayed in a month now. AMAZING

I lost her due to divorce. I think she is still well and in a good place. I just lost everything and couldn't take care of her and 4 kids. It's okay, been over a decade and the kids are doing great.
