You can either click the 'youtube' button at the top of the reply box, then paste the link and click the 'youtube' button again or just paste the link, highlight it and click the youtube button one time.

Both ways usually work to embed, but sometimes it goofs up.

I usually check a preview to see if the post works, but even then sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes they just mysteriously disappear. lol
