Nope, fell down a 5' basement egress window well! The cover was blanketed in snow, so it was "camouflaged". Took my dog out back to potty, drifted left with him, BAM right through the window well cover.

Hit the back of my head going down, landed on the concrete at the bottom with my ribs on the right side. 9 staples in my scalp, concussion, 3 cracked ribs, several more bruised, bruised lung, and torn muscles from how I had to rip myself up out of that hole. Their emergency egress sucks ass, I tore the hell out of myself getting out once I came back to and finally remembered who I was and where I was. Still had no idea what had happened lmao.

Moral of the story: ALWAYS know exactly where you are and what is around you! EVEN when you THINK you are on known ground!

Breathing is painful enough along with everything else that they gave up and got me some Ketamine to distract me. Bruised long keeps filling up with mucus, making me cough, fucking with my torn muscles and broken ribs... on and on so I have to be able to cough and breathe so oxy and ketamine does it for me. Can't do muscle relaxants, I have epilepsy.
