It is a perfect day so far! lovely and cool, I have loads of peppers to harvest, mostly hot. I guess something will keep us warm this winter...maybe loads of chili.

i do most miss the heat, i can no longer enjoy.

Hope all is well in your world.I'm so glad you had a wonderful time at the concert! Littlest is much much better this morning and I cannot express how much of a relief that is.

This one, ugh, sitting in the entrance to wolf cave. Tree mama had to ask me multiple times about the crevasse to my left she was shielded from by my comfy little squat spot I was gradually remembering from over thirty years ago.

The spooder queens were putting on yellow ladybug masks and I heard what the dam star had to say. I don't know who the y'all is it was referring to, sorry to say, so I can't yet relay.

But one of dem spooder queens got tired of spinnin webs and figured best to just reach out and grab the quarry. She consumed a little wolf that hadn't yet learned to howl and then after she felt bad about it. Why I am not yet certain.

Weird association - my first husband proposed on a looksee tree much like that one in your neck of the woods..during the proposal, my dog who was with us chewed through her leash and took off running...with me hot on her heels. In the middle of the proposal.
Looking back, might have been best if I had kept on running. lol
But the choices we make bring us where we are now and I wouldn't trade that for the world.

There was a man named Jack that lived on a hill. Y'all know who he pined. But there was this other guy, this other guy Larry. Larry was a little bit of a donkey with a tendency to bring out the Jack ass in the hill Jack. After a while Jack saw him comin' up and over the hills and figured the best thing to do was to just say, "Hi, Larry Ass" because Hi Larry Ass was the best way to see the recurring theme for being as hilarious as it was.
