Challenger and Columbia space shuttle disasters 'foreseen' in 1985?
"The Wrong Stuff" -- an episode from the cartoon "The Littles", aired: October 5, 1985
Synopsis: The Littles find themselves accidentally sent into orbit on the space shuttle and Dinky is forced to return a computer chip he took as a souvenir to keep the shuttle from burning up on re-entry.

No conspiracy theory, but a spooky coincidence, isn't it? The Challenger disaster happened just a few months after the airing of this episode (early 1986), while the next big shuttle disaster (the Columbia one) in 2003 included 'burning up on re-entry' which was also implied in the episode.
A pure coincidence, but it's rather spooky.

You've got to admit it's weird.
A cartoon has a (possible) shuttle incident mentioned and a few months later a real shuttle disaster happens. And the second shuttle disaster has the same premise (re-entry).
