As an aviator flying professionally myself, I CAN confirm that the act of both the USAF and some private contractors flying with no transponders on (radio identification) and without filed instrument flight rule flight plans are REAL, and during the time they are flying dump an unknown quantity of SOMETHING for the entire duration of their flights. The people flying these sorties are "invisible". Trust, many professional aviators have come into contact with these planes having to request route diversions or altitude changes to continue safely flying BECAUSE these planes are essentially blind to the vast majority of commercial flights flying with proper requisites and following standard airmen operation. It is real.
