Geez that sucks freakin BOA!
I went to NY for three weeks on business and those bastards left me a VM that said they were locking my card, and I would get a new one in the mail, and no return num to call.
I called num on card they didnt know what I was talking about, told me not to worry about it......
So being 1200 freaking miles from home, I had no choice so I didn't worry....and my card worked so.....
The day I left, at the airport paying for baggage, they scanned my card and it wouldn't work. Rotten bastards.
Thank god I had another credit card as back up.
Got home and there was a new card in the mail.
Assholes.
Quoting: J-Honey I agree. I'm bailing out as soon as their system is back up. We've had weird stuff like that happen too, using a debit card in the grocery store, it said something like funds not available (not overdrawn, because it wasn't), but the store couldn't access my money. I'm outta there.
