I think ALL girls should be compulsorily sterilized when they turn 15 years old, and should need government authorization to become mothers

You know... 15 years old is a dangerous age, when girls start to use their sheebeew to have fun, but the problem is that they can get pregnant because of that fun...

That's why I think ALL girls should be compulsorily sterilized by the government when they turn 15 years old, through the method of tubal ligation. That way, girls can have fun with their sheebeew without any risk of getting pregnant.



After they turn the minimum age of 25 years old, women could have the right to submit an application to obtain the Authorization to Have a Child.

The Authorization to Have a Child would be a document given by the government, after a committee analyzes if that woman has economic and psychological conditions to become a mother.

If the government gives the authorization, the woman could then be fertilized through the method of in vitro fertilisation and have a normal pregnancy.

The Authorization should be valid just for one child. If the woman wants to have another child, it must apply again for a second Authorization.

The maximum number of Authorizations per woman should be three, no woman should have more than 3 kids.


If any doctor does in vitro fertilisation to a woman without the government Authorization, that should be considered a crime, and the doctor should be jailed for 10 years. Also that woman should be banned from ever receiving any Authorization to become mother.
