Dear Ladies, get out into the damn intersection when you make a left turn

OK you want to talk left turns?
Today, I am in the intersection in line to take a left turn lights are changing in my favor and I am about to go. But the asshole guy coming towards me runs a red light.

This was crazy, he had already stopped because the SUV ahead of me was already in front of the jerk as his light turned yellow and I was right behind behind the SUV. The guy was probably pissed that the SUV had jumped the gun and made him stop at a yellow light, but tough shit guy, the light was red now. But instead of remaining at a stop until he again had green, he stepped on the gas , shot in front of me and I had to brake hard and he swerved around me. I wish a cop had been there. Unbelievable. I gave him the finger but he couldn't see past his stupid ass nose. I would really like to beat the crap out of people like that.

I encounter many more asshole drivers than incompetent drivers. Just infuriating self absorbed jackasses that act like they are unaware they are moving through space in heavy metal boxes on wheels that can crush bodies in an instant.

In Cali, NOTHING is legal. Except porno.

I'm in Phoenix. If you don't get your ass out into that intersection, you will be honked at.

The all time most annoying driving irritation for me (and this happens all the time) is when you are driving down the road, and some dipshit turning off from a side street onto the road you are on, waits until you are right up on them, and then turn in front of you as if you didn't even exist!

NOTHING in traffic pisses me off more than RETARDS that do this. ESPECIALLY if I am ALREADY in a hurry. Because then, not only do I have to slam my brakes on for these IDIOTS, but then I have to be stuck behind them for miles, as they drive at half the speed limit.

It drives me NUTZ!!!

Sometimes, I'll even pull off to the side of the road, just because it makes me less angry to just sit still, than to be stuck behind these DUMB mother fuckers.

And wouldn't you know it. I get back onto the road, and it's not more than a couple minutes before I'm stuck right back behind these brainless boneheads creeping along like a sick snail!!!

And it's certainly not as if I am a "fast" driver. At 55 years old, I've never even had a traffic ticket!

My favorite is when you come up to a 4 way stop and someone is already stopped and you are pulling up to stop, instead of proceeding thru the intersection while you are pulling up, they wait there until you have stopped and then pull thru! Like they are waiting to make sure you're not gonna run the stop sign. In the mean time they could have already been half way down the street and I could have stopped and been thru the intersection in the time the dumbshit was just sitting there. When I see that coming my first thought is "Why don't I just run the stop sign?" That way I'd be on my way and the dumbshit will feel validated for sitting there waiting.

I'm a bit confused by this at the moment because around here in PA, theres a particularly congested road where if you DON'T sit in the middle of the intersection while you wait for your left, the people on the right/left will not hesitate to go ahead and fly ahead of you, basically guaranteeing that you'll have to wait even longer.

Also, its basically taught that you should pull into the intersection to make your left. I've never seen any problems arise from this, because once the opposing lanes light is finally red you can basically go, so I don't know how other states are.

I hear ya! Hate the ladies that do that.

Get there first, go first. How the f hard is that???

That's the way it is in Big Ten land. We were all taught to go out into the intersection because that is what you SHOULD do.

The left turn is the ideal place to punish the tailgater. I've waited at a green turn arrow with the dipshit behind me furiously honking his horn, and as the arrow turns red I bury the gas and leave his dumb ass behind for another nice red light. Fuck em.

The rule: Shouldn't enter an intersection until you can SAFELY exit.

Now this I can get behind.

Check your state's driving manual. Who cares how crappy you were taught to drive. For crying out loud you can't even wipe your ass correctly why do you think your parents taught you to drive any better.

State's manual says get yer g damn a into the intersection.

And another thing. When I'm stopped at a stop light, don't pull up to within an inch of my bumper. It makes me burn with the rage of a super volcano.

WOW! A whopping "1 1/2 minutes"! Looks like you're watching your watch more than the traffic. Plus, few left hand turn lights last that long. Maybe you should allow more time for your commute and lose the road rage.

generally i see old people and women doing this. although i've seen men, usually teenagers, do it as well.

Hahaha I go around the turds and park myself right in front of them in the middle of the intersection like they're supposed to. That pisses them off and they honk and now they want to move up to the middle. FUCK-EM they should've been up there to begin with.
