At the Israeli Institute for bilogical reseach at Zona Ness Israel pursues a biologic agenda with no openess. This is an offensive capability. Likewise they have signed the chemical weapons treaty at the UN but not ratified it. They also have not signed the nuclear nonproliferation treay. One set of rules for jews and one for the rest of us. Their selfrighteousness allows them to cheer on the UN which is nothing more than an Israeli stooge .If they can have this capability we can only hope the nations they continue to invade have it also. Syria who have one of the widest & largest non-conventional (biological) weapons programs in the world have signed up to the treaty!!! So the choice is: a) Sign up, lie and build weapons - Various countries, including the US, Russia etc.. b) Don't sign up, and be subtly honest - Israel Go figure!
