I'm only joking...I am all for renting cheap while saving to buy a home for cash...but unless you are living in a major city and have to rent, it really should be a temporary thing...unless you are handicapped and can't maintain your property...if i live to be old and feeble I'll probably buy a condo and pay the maintenance fee just for the convenience...
