Buy a house like smart people, poor people rent and are stupid...
Quoting: BRIEF  I'm only joking...I am all for renting cheap while saving to buy a home for cash...but unless you are living in a major city and have to rent, it really should be a temporary thing...unless you are handicapped and can't maintain your property...if i live to be old and feeble I'll probably buy a condo and pay the maintenance fee just for the convenience... LOL....I am old and feeble now. I live very near NYC and the rents as you probably already know would buy a nice house somewhere else. I plan on re-locating when I can, I don't know how people do it here and I've lived here all my life.
