WTH?!? Ever see a red rainbow at dawn?
It stretched all the way from one horizon to the other, but was to faint to see at the zenith. redbow redbow2

I think it was red because the sun was still below the horizon, so, red light.

The sundogs created by the particulates administered into the air via jets in the late seventies through the mid eighties gave off the same copper spectral signature.
However..those in your pic are most likely refracting light immediately from the street and parking lot lights.

Ahh..maybe that..yes.
That light is coming from the sliver of sun on the very edge of the horizon.

Yes, this is a mono-chromatic rainbow, caused exactly by the above suggestion. Red mono-chromatic rainbows happen when the sun is either rising or setting and the longer wavelengths are interacting with the droplets. These are quite rare, although if you try to find them you can.

Sunset and sunrise rays travel long paths through the lower atmosphere where they are scattered by air molecules and dust. Short wavelength blues and greens are scattered most strongly leaving the remaining transmitted light proportionately richer in reds and yellows. The result, glorious sunsets and red rainbows.

It's the barium from chemtrail spraying. You can often see pink/red skies at night after a good day of spraying.

I've said this before, but I love you Netherlands, you always confuse everyone and it makes me smile.
Out of this ugliness may come,
Some day, so beautiful a flower,
That men will wonder at that hour,
Remembering smoke and flowerless slum,
And ask-glimpsing the agony
Of the slaves who wrestle to be free-
'But why were all the poets dumb?'
-William Montgomerie

So many paths that wind and wind,
While just the art of being kind
Is all the sad world needs.

In england we have a saying, red sky at night shepards delight, red sky in the morning shepards warning.

Normally if you get that red colour in the morning in England you know it's going to rain later.

chempark Hm, seems like they are adding dried blood (probably from cows infected with CJD or something) to the chemtrail mix.
