What a terribly sad thing for her family and friends.

On behalf of all reasonable Australians I extend our deepest sympathies to the family, friends and work colleagues of Jacintha Saldanha.

This is what is wrong with pranks & practical jokes - they often have unintended consequences.

However, it is my opinion that the two DJ's involved should be banned from radio for life.

If there are laws to stop the misuse of electronic carriageways and those laws (if applicable) should be applied with full force.

When making the call they didn't consider for a second that some hard working individual could lose their job if it was successful.

In this case, it was far worse, it cost a woman her life and her two children a mother.

I apologise for the lack of intellect of many Australians, who can't see anything wrong with this!
