I believe also off the coast of Japan and other Asian countries...China being one. I have heard more than one show on coast to coast where they talked about preliminary finds. |

In this case, the cities would have been destroyed leaving no identifiable trace after 10,000 years or more. Further, they could be far deeper than 300 feet. I believe the land of MU said to exist in the Pacific Ocean may be of interest to you. :savetata: Favorite Quote - "I just fucking love outer space, it has all those planets and stars and shit." - Mister Obvious 2009 |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 127 United States 02/03/2006 10:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Military subs don't have windows and are not equiped to look for things like submerged cities. They're weapons of war and not in anyway meant to do research or look for things. Research subs don't have the range to go cruise around looking for stuff. They're usually sent down to the general area where they know something may be. Underwater research labs stay in the same place so unless they are submerged right on top of a city they'd never find it. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1044 Canada 02/03/2006 10:49 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's the cost that's prohibitive. You're talking multi-million dollar expenses in men and materials on the chance the weather will be good when you've scheduled the expedition. There aren't a lot of people, even institutions, with both the means and desire to finance such trips. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 69653 United States 02/04/2006 12:36 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | User ID: 69268 There're spark plugs 100,000 years old. There's proof a nuclear Explosion has happen East USA, over 1,000's of years ago. There're carvings of ufo's in the skies over 10,000 years old. There're structures at the bottom of the sea that parted, they look like chariot wheels that's now home to reef etc. Point it, because your mind can't fathom something, don't call bullshit on it. |
