The Psychological Effects of Dec 21st. 2012

I wonder...

Just how much anxiety and stress the anticipation of this date brings to people?

After-all, as of today there are only 11 more days until that fateful (or uneventful) day is here!!! Maybe the true meaning of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" :) where the 12th day is Dec 22nd, the day after. A day of celebration, and all is well with the world!!!

For me, I've been aware of the whole 2012 prediction scenario for a long time. It's interesting that some people feel that Dec 21st. 2012 will bring only good change. An ascension... an enlightenment and heightening of our human awareness. Harmony. The age of Aquarius.

Others feel and believe that the date will bring sheer DOOM and DESTRUCTION to all of humankind... total annihilation!!!

While others have no idea what will happen, but the suspense is killing them! The anxiety of it all is taking it's toll on their emotions, their interaction with family and friends, their day-to-day lives. etc.

So I wonder - how is it going to affect you? Just another day? Go about business as usual without much thought that it's Dec 21, 2012?

That infamous day when nothing will happen. When life will go on as usual. When you realize that you're still the same, not any smarter or much wiser, or even more aware.
