Would be easier to jump down instead of climbing that freaking monster pole. Ever see the people who inspect the Golden Gate Bridge? They got to walk the top line to inspect daily. Imagine the winds. |

Quoting: Thor's Hamster I also wonder how many pairs of soiled shorts he goes through in a week. I wonder about wearing a parachute.. I remember hearing about the Mohawks.. building the Empire State Building.. because height doesn't bother them.. [link to yochicago.com] or/ " A lot of people think Mohawks aren’t afraid of heights; that’s not true. We have as much fear as the next guy. The difference is that we deal with it better. We also have the experience of the old timers to follow and the responsibility to lead the younger guys. There’s pride in walking iron." —Kyle Karonhiaktatie Beauvais (Mohawk, Kahnawake) [link to brooklynology.brooklynpubliclibrary.org] |

Quoting: *HEISENBERG* I'm with ya H,crazyyyyyy shit! “One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan |

Free hand too, it's pretty cool knowing you life is literally in your hands every rung of the way. I knew people who fell, really sad too. Hats off to these men! |
