Funny yoga video for all those who are in to energy/yoga/health etc.

With all the high stress/tension topics on here these days, sometimes its nice to mix in a funny video or two...if you have ever done yoga, or know someone who is into energy/meditation, you will get a huge kick out of this!

I have caught myself saying a few of the things this chick says and it cracks me up because I know some of it sounds ridiculous but damn if you don't feel good after a good yoga session or clearing!
