We all have our quirky behaviours...me included...care to share yours?

Me too. I like showers now, but couldn't tolerate them until I was about 10 and went to sleep-away camp and didn't have a choice. I hate it when people spray me in the face with water to cool me off. I can't stand being touched by someone who is wet, even if it's from a shower or other clean source. It gives me the ookies.

I can't stand listening to people singing to themselves. Doesn't matter how good their voice is - it drives me up the wall. I don't mind singing in general, but someone singing to themselves while they're doing something makes me want to go ballistic.

The texture of pear skins and certain types of paper gives me the heeby-jeebies, even just thinking about them. (Despite that, I like pears. I just can't eat the ones that are worst, texture-wise)

Do I sound oversensitive? I can deal with cleaning up anything that comes out of a human body without difficulty. I'm the go-to person at work when someone with a vomit or snot aversion doesn't want to clean something up.

I remove my shirt when I take a crap at home.

- My feet have to be touching when I'm trying to fall asleep in bed.

I talk to my plants and consider them to be family members.

I try to remember at all times that my cat is psychic.


I love the sound of breaking glass, the tinkling is so pleasing to the ears.


I love the smell of carbon copy paperwork.


When I take a hot shower, it has to be so hot it turns my skin pink.

hahahahaha! I have to have the heel on one foot trapped between the big toe and the second toe of the other foot.

we are some crazy people!! Never, ever talked about this stuff before.

What a funny thread, I can't stop laughing at some of these posts.
Okay, I'll share a few.

- Anything white, has to be pure white, like the edge around running shoes, or white clothing. If a piece of clothing got washed with a dark shirt and looks remotely off white, I won't wear it.

- I can't do breast exam on myself, it literally makes me Gag! I can touch my breasts, but I can't massage them looking for lumps or I start gagging.

- I won't touch worms, they make me shiver and they look disgusting!

- I hate to walk on Grass in bare feet, it grosses me right out, I can't stand the feeling. Same with stepping on seaweed, or slimy sand. YUK.

- I use my foot to flush toilets in public restrooms, for obvious reasons!

- If someone kisses me, I always wipe my face after, IDK, I guess I don't like a wet face.

- I hate the sound of hearing other people eat and drink in a quiet room.

- I have a fascination for certain numbers, and rocks.

I'm sure there are a tons more things, but thats all I can think of right now.
