"Launching a Satellite", seems to be more of a cover story than anything. I could very well be wrong though haha. "People live their lives bound by what they accept as correct and true. That's how they define "reality". But what does it mean to be "correct" or "true"? Merely vague concepts ... their "reality" may all be a mirage. Can we consider them to simply be living in their own world, shaped by their beliefs?" "People cling to all they know and understand. But understanding and knowledge are ambiguous. I agree But thats how things are done nowadays days, for example NATO uses Syrian chemical weapons as a pretext to place Patriot missiles in Turkey, something they were itching to do for a long time All countries play these games |

Each action is either a whole chess piece or a fraction of one. This launch is merely a "knight" performing 1 move to test itself out before actual use. Interesting how you mention Syria and Turkey because that is EXACTLY what I thought when reading it all. Especially with the phosphorous bombing media attention. Why not, I guess, but I thought that all satellites went with the spin or were stationary ? |

Why not, I guess, but I thought that all satellites went with the spin or were stationary ? Yes it is in a polar orbit. This is the kind of orbit track recon/spy satellite use. As the sat travels North and South the Earth rotates underneath slowly, allowing the sat to cover every part of the planet. A vehicle in space orbits around the mass of Earth. It doesn't matter what direction or speed, it will always be orbiting in a circle around the center mass. A geostationary satellite orbits at an altitude where the speed required to maintain that orbit is keeping it looking at the same part of Earth at all times. Essentially orbiting at the same speed as the Earth is rotating. Fuck Yea! |
