Question for SunTards-- serious.

About 8 out of 10 times when I look at the sun, I see it vibrating and spinning and it is silver/bluish. It does not affect my eyes at all when I look away..I don't see strange spots or anything.
I am amazed that I can look at it like that. It takes my eyes a few seconds to adjust and then I can just stare at it.
It is the weirdest thing.
Behind it I can see really bright rays coming out but the sun itself looks like a silver ball just vibrating and spinning.

Why would this be?
