Best video games of the last generation consoles, portable games too, pc games count too 2000-2006 only

i had the ps2 n my first game was gta 3 which blew me away, never played a game like it before. but the best game would either have to be star wars battlefront 2 or halo 2. always played halo 2 at my friends house.

sony psp and nintendo ds also count, the first generation models, psp go,vita and nintendo 3ds do not count

Kerbal Space Program - Sandbox Space Simulator. Design and Launch spacecraft in a universe based on our solar system. Tons of fun, I just started playing it recently. Farthest I got so far was landing on the moon and returning home. Next objective is a recon mission to Mars.

Going through VC next and then San Andreas...


I didn't like 4 as much..but I beat it a couple times..Can't wait for 5! --Considering how long it takes to play through 3 GTA games (3,VC, San Andreas) to 100% and goof-off a lot...i`ll probably have plenty of GTA to play until 5 is released. :D

That put a smile on my face. I love that program. Of course I also love the simulator that inspired it, Orbiter. Orbiter 2006 was an excellent version. They're now on Orbiter 2010 and I believe a beta version of the next edition is also out there.

battlefront 3 was cancelled, dont know why battlefront 2 was best selling star wars game and my favorite ps2 game.

mw2 is a current gen game, has to be from 2000-2006. save this for when we have a thread on current gen when the next gen stuff is released

oooo speaking of lucasarts, the monkey island games. You can get all 3 on steam pretty cheap.

Game cube: zelda:windwaker, zelda:ocarina of time (originally on N64) port for game cube,zelda:twilight princess. Pretty much any zelda game on the system. unforgettable experience. Except twilight princess, the ending sucked ass but the gameplay was fantastic. If you havnt played ocarina of time, you must. It may be the greatest game ever created, not even exaggerating; its that good.
