Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29847598 something about this stinks....I've had a 104 fever before and flying would have been the last thing on my mind made up story? something else about this story stinks: this is a lot of fuss and uproar over not getting to sit in the front row. Sure, maybe being wheeled through the plane in his condition and newly disabled made him feel bad, but is that the fault of the airline staff for not knowing this? Would have been nice if they had let him up in first class, but is failure to do that grounds for the noise they are making? Based on the thread title, I was expecting to hear that he had been openly mocked, teased, abused in some way. This story makes no sense to me at all. :malefav: I love this place!! |

Well obviously injured Vets deserve a bit of respect. But no one with a 104 degree fever should be on an aircraft with its recirculated air. Lets hope that the rest of the passengers are alright. To be honest he should not have been allowed to board and sent to a local hospital until he was better. |
