They also seemed to be drugged to the hilt in court.

They don't all kill themselves. Holmes got paraded in court looking like a freak. Toulous child shooter got killed inside his home. [He killed children and went HOME???)

There are dumb patsies and totally innocent fall guys. I don't quite believe in "manchurian candidates" but there could be.

I think we have a lot of staged shootings. We seem to be a lab for operatives to test their stage shooting events. Maybe they will have an awards dinner later.

Yup. They strike a deal. Kill and then kill themselves and then their families are taken care of for life. Not that the government Asshats would really honor that deal.
