Sorry for the kids I dont mean to jump in like this and OP may find this upseting but I must say what I saw from observing some of accidental shooting happening.Sounds like Mkultra controled person to me.I dont understand how someone can be so weak in charachter to do such a thing no matter of Mkultra.Killing in selfdefence yes but taking arms for any other reason only someone who cant control himself and let his primordal feelings come out.Its all about selfcontrol in todays tehnologicaly advanced society.
