NOTE: Be sure to pair each agent so that if our agents defect in country and join the foe-nation, their twin agent is programmed to execute them. This pahse is the most dangerous as agents will defect to the foe-nation since they have been living with the people for perhaps many years and my have gotten soft. 30% - Post-invasion. PSY WAR. Condition foe-nation to accept that they are doomed, destroy partisans through full spectrum psy war, which is now fully enabled as hiding is no longer a concern. Full exploitation of those who collaborate. Full prosecution of those who do not. Destroy hope, torture and kill in public, along with courtroom spectacle and public forums that accomplish psy war goals.

Operation Overlord (D Day) proved that deception and oceanic invasion, is the true power projection of the modern age.

Deception is the rule, combined with secretly bribing or blackmailing the leaders of the foe-nation. If some commander in the foe-nation determines the landing point, he must be killed by our people in the hierarchy. If the landing forces encounter hard enough opposition, we may lose. This is not acceptable. All efforts in phase one must be to gain the cooperation/compliance of leaders in the foe-nation such that if any field commander sees the deception, he can be killed or his family captured so that he joins our side.

Phase One (pre invasion) is predicated on fearsome threats and torture of the field commander's family and value set, if they discover the truth of the invasion and planned landing points. One field commander who sees the deception, can ruin the whole operation.

Therefore, based on the previous understandings, the priorities of our people would be seen as follows:
