Probably had a lot of pent-up anxiety and anger from never getting any pussy.  True, but he also shot 6 adults. When society turns it back on someone, they are disconnected from "reality" and have the mind to be able to carry something like this out. But, do they have the physical ability, and endurance to sustain an attack for long? No.
