They need to define "gun control". In my state, I had to apply and get fingerprinted at the police station and then wait at least 3 months until they approved it, sent me the permit before I could obtain a handgun. I had to present the permit when I bought it, as well as the ammo. I think that's a pretty good control. I'm sure to some it means take all guns away from everyone.
