Is there any intelligence to Christianity?

Well..for a start stop being so arrogant and self righteous..you are beginning to sound JUST LIKE THEM.

There is no intelligence in religion. Spirituality is another matter. Find someone that loves unconditionally and you found a true love.

Organized religion is for the masses that are unable to control themselves, so they need others to tell them what to do. You are obviously not one of them so it stands to reason that you want your girlfriend to share the same understanding.

Even if you get her to realize your point of veiw, and turn away from her religion, it wont change the fact that she is subjected and conditioned to "be told what to do and how to think". How will you ever know if she is thinking for herself, and not just repeating your thoughts on the matter?

Personally, I dont think it is easy to change someone who was reared with the idea that they are not in control of themselves, it would be too much freedom and enlightenment to bear.

I do not believe in evolution. It is possible, but there is no real evidence and that is a debate i would like to avoid please.

It's not possible to dissuade anyone of their psychosis. You have to make it CONSEQUENTIAL. If they Are going to harbor that shit, you are going to leave.

There is no comparison between an Athiest and a Christian, because an Athiest doesnt take a position about the existence of a God... and Christians do. Not only do Christians take a position, they are very strong in their conviction about how things should be, and the way people should act and behave. So, when an Athiest does something, they do it under their own control based on their own understanding and thought process... but when a Christian does something, they are doing what they are suppose to be doing according to their religion and teachings.

This is why I stand by what I said about trying to convert a Christian to an Athiest. It is too much freedom with not enough practice. He cant convert his girlfriend anymore than a Christian can convert an Athiest. It has to be a personal internal process by individual choice.

The point was..in case ya missed it..that HE was going to break her heart because HE cant get through to her and FORCE her to beleive as HE does..so in a self rightous HUFF he wanted to crush her..
