all temperatures are in "degrees" -- either degrees fahrenheit or degrees celsius. 20 below fahrenheit is colder than -20 celsius. it's -28 or -29.

-C is ALWAYS colder than -F of the same number:

F=C(9/5)+32 (converts to F)
C=(F-32)(5/9) (converts to C)

-52 x .5555 = around -29
so -20 F is colder than -20 C

-20 x 1.8 is -36
-36 t 32 + -4
-20 C is -4 Fahrenheit

nowhere in that link does it say the word Fahrenheit. The ones that just state 'degrees' is because in the same sentence they have used 'Centigrade' then 'C'

I think we ALL understand that the word 'degrees' covers both Centigrade or Fahrenheit.
