Even I know that and I just live with an avid gun collector knows a lot of history and likes to target shoot, but he would only use them for protection. He just target shoots. I know how strongly gun owners feel about their guns and now I'm starting to understand WHY! This is why a good education is important...at least I'm finally getting one here! Many of them probably go to war naive as I was prior to 2010. Then when they are there, or return they realize the way the world really works on some level. I was a very naive US citizen....my relatives have cut me off in a lot of ways when I try to explain the US military is not always there to rescue the oppressed from a nasty dictator. American's just can't seem to face that.  |
