or here's ya another possible defense

let's say that everybody who has mental issues
is chipped and every gun manufactured contains
a chip as well and when any of those 2 chips
come within 5 feet of each other, the chip
zaps the human.

that would def keep guns out of the hands
of mentally deficient people AND prevent
parents and gun owners from giving them guns.

this could also work with ex-convicts on
parole who are not allowed to own guns.

but we are back to square one about who
decides on who and what is mentally deficient ?

geez, I'm beginning to sound like them.
