Quoting: Angry Hierophant Kidding. Is it any good? Yes, it's very enjoyable. Apart from the Origin garbage (worst idea I have observed in my lifetime), the battles, interface, audio, visuals are very engrossing. Coming from Battlefield 1942 to Battlefield 2, I am pleased. Especially when the price is a steal. That Origin browser integration, however, truly ticks me off. The game scales so well on my 6 core processor! On another note, I have GLP, and few other tabs open on my second monitor keeping myself abreast of the goings- on. Old man multitasking at its finest. Even preparing to download from newsgroups. |

I don't know about ranking anytime soon. I'm still not a fan of the God damn prone, and jump animations......I really don't need that extra sensory assault. It'll be awhile before I'm well learned in BF3. For now, I'm just becoming familiar, enjoying the open environment, and the intense gun battles. Such memories......any tips? I already tweaked my configuration. Anything else? |

Added bonus next to no hackers unlike the pc version that's plagued by aimbotters. Sure consoles have less players but your still in battles all the time even on the big armored kill maps but Aftermath was just amazingly well done. Best battlefield map pack ever. 22+ years gaming and yes I have played every bf game made. |

The prone is rarley used as is a fast headshot and sloer drop than Bf2 www.zombiebattalion.net we have a public TS Never regret anything, for at one time its exactly what you wanted |

And love my PC and all it monitors and lights lol For God's sake, I just purchased a few Steam sales items, and started a session of BF3. In the middle of the Battle, my 150GB Veliraptor crashes! In my 20+ years of electronics Enterprise, I have managed to void any form of hardware failure by exercising efficient prevention measures. This one, was out of my control......the drive is gone, God damn it! Yes, Yes, I have back-ups, however, it's still a loss of precious time. Fortunately, the drive is still under warranty. It would seem I am very disheartened with Western Digital in general, and their so called "Enterprise" drives. My evening engaging in battle with the youth has turned into diagnostics and analysis. That's it, I am going to purchase an 512 Intel 520 SSD, or wait until Samsung works the bugs out of their new 840 PRO SSd. DO WANT. ....................God help us. Thank God for my wife's spare machine, I suppose I could install windows on my Storage drive, download Battlefield 3, and get back in the game. I'm not in the mood to address the situation. I just, am Intellectually put off by this. Oh yes, to be vile and plain, FUCK THIS 2012 PARROTING GARBAGE. Perhaps a spike in the EM field disrupted my drive? |
