Bad Santa's going around neighborhoods and stealing packages left by the door by Fedex and UPS.

I'm pissed off. I bought a pair of very nice boots for myself for Christmas from Ebay for $115 dollars. Everywhere else these boots are $160. The shipper sent them without a request for signature on delivery and the stupid Fedex guy just left the package by the doors of my apartment building without ringing my door bell. And of course somebody stole the package after seeing it by the doors. And it's not like they asked me which option to choose for delivery. The shipper just decided to send the package this way. It is the shipper's fault right?
