Perhaps these are WORMHOLES or TUNNELS are a system of travel between stellar objects separated by great distances. Notice the yellow lights seen intermittently inside these tunnels: @2:59, @3:22-23, @3:34, @3:50-52...

But then again, the smaller white lights could be entities traveling long this system as well.
