You won't keep the upper hand if you do this, so absolutely under ANY circumstances use these: Emoticons! esp a smiley face. Also, the first time someone comes in to your Thread, if they disagree, Pound the shit out of them as much as you can right off the bat first thing. It's just like being a Teacher, you Must start hard. You can always get a tad soft later, but you if you start soft, they'll haven't the respect for you at the get-go, which is what you NEED. And never concede on a point, ever. PLUS: When they start respecting you (even if they'll never admit it), occasionally--only VERY infrequently--point out something a bit small that they sort of did well.
