The whole thing is peculiar
Some parents will not allow images of their children to be displayed or recorded...via a paper many parents are required to sign upon admission...
Some are ill on picture day, some parents do not want recorded images of minors...as there are those who exploit any OPPORTUNITY to advance their own agendas
even against others.
