Human experiments that occurred while under general anesthesia in US Hospitals. Plea to White House

Physician and a witness to these atrocities, I am sending my plea to the Most Holy See, Pope Benedict, the Vatican and global leaders across the world, to call the White House for help for these innocent victims. According to the FDA database there are well over 4,000 adverse events and over 650 deaths related to the experiments. The patients have not been informed to date of the human experiments that occurred while under general anesthesia.

There are human experiments that are currently being run at top hospitals across the United States without informed consent while patients are under general anesthesia. Patients are not given the opportunity to provide informed consent for the testing of newly developed heart devices.

A recently published expose, The Myxo File Part I and Part II, published on Amazon.com and Kindle Direct Publishing provides the documents from the FDA, communications with the White House and Congress to try and get help for the patients. So far, 72 hours after the Christmas plea to the White House, there has been no response from the President.

The White House responded to the NIH human experiments in Guatemala 60 years ago, within minutes of learning that NIH funding and US taxpayer dollars funded experiments in Guatemala. The illegal cardiac surgical experiments are ongoing in the United States in the 21st century and published in Harvard Based Journals.

The Honorable Senator John McCain and Senator Richard Lugar are the only Senators who wrote on behalf of the patients in Illinois and Indiana, as of December 28, 2012, still no response from the Senator of Illinois.



Patients are suffering while under general anesthesia. The Myxo File Part I and Part II demonstrates evidence from the SEC, FDA and the US patent office demonstrating that the patients should have been informed.

These experiments would benefit the company and the inventor in royalties and profits, but this financial gain comes with the lack of informed consent and several serious adverse events. The laws that protect human subjects date back to World War II after the Nuremberg Trials, and are currently protected under the Common Rule. HHS, FDA, NIH, are responsible for the protection of these human lives in the United States and no response from these US Federal agencies to help the victims of illegal surgical human experiments after years of requests for help.

I am sending my plea to the Vatican and Global leaders to call the President of the United States, President Barack Obama to get the proper help and to open the investigation for these patients who are suffering.
